Ordering
How do I place an order?
Just add your items to the cart and check out through our secure payment system. We accept most major credit cards, PayPal, and other popular payment methods.
Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
We can usually make changes if you contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once your order is shipped, we can’t make modifications.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from South Carolina, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In-stock items are processed in 2–3 business days before shipping. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
How long do pre-orders take to arrive?
Pre-order timelines vary by release. The estimated arrival time for each pre-order item is listed in its product description. Once we receive the pre-order from the supplier, processing time is 2–3 business days before shipping.
Products & Stock
Are your albums official?
Yes! All albums and merchandise are 100% official and count toward Hanteo and Gaon charts unless otherwise noted.
Will my album come with pre-order benefits (POBs)?
If an item includes POBs, it will be clearly listed in the product description.
What if something is sold out?
We restock popular items whenever possible, but some releases are limited.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.
My album didn’t come with a photocard—can I return it?
Photocards and inclusions are randomly inserted by the manufacturer and are not guaranteed beyond what’s listed in the product details.
